Refund & Satisfaction Policy

Barrie Garage Door Repair stands behind every repair we perform in Barrie and surrounding Simcoe County. This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and how we resolve any concerns with your service.

Satisfaction guarantee

If you're not fully satisfied with the workmanship on any repair we perform, contact us within 30 days and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge. Our first goal is always to make it right — not to hand you a refund and walk away.

Cancellations & rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule a booked service call at no cost any time before our technician is dispatched. Please give us as much notice as you can so we can offer the slot to another Barrie homeowner in need.

Service call fee

When a paid repair is performed at the same visit, the diagnostic / service call fee is included at no extra charge ($0 service call with repair). If you choose not to proceed with the repair after on-site diagnosis, a standard diagnostic fee applies and is disclosed to you in advance — before any work begins.

Refunds on parts & labour

Because garage door repairs use physical parts installed on your door, refunds are limited to workmanship remediation under the satisfaction guarantee above. Parts we install carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we pass through to you. Defective parts are replaced under warranty at no charge for the covered period.

Payment methods

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac e-Transfer, and cash. Payment is due on completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and include applicable HST.

How to request a warranty visit or refund review
