These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Barrie Garage Door Repair website and the residential garage door services we provide in Barrie, Ontario and surrounding Simcoe County communities. By requesting a quote, booking service, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide diagnosis, repair, replacement and installation of residential garage doors, springs, cables, rollers, tracks and openers. All work is performed by trained technicians using parts we source from reputable suppliers. Service availability and arrival times are best-effort estimates, not guarantees.
Quotes and pricing
We provide upfront, written or verbal quotes before performing any chargeable work. Quotes reflect current parts pricing and the issue as described or inspected on site. If a different or additional problem is found during service, we will pause, explain it, and provide an updated quote before continuing. You are not obligated to proceed if you do not agree.
Service call fee
When a paid repair is performed at the same visit, the service call fee is included at no extra charge ($0 service call with repair). If you choose not to proceed with the repair, a standard diagnostic fee may apply and will be disclosed in advance.
Warranty
We warranty our workmanship on all repairs we perform. Parts we install carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we will pass through to you. Warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse, power surges, modifications by third parties, or normal wear of consumable parts. Please contact us within the warranty period to make a claim.
Customer responsibilities
You confirm you are the homeowner or have the homeowner's permission to authorize work. Please ensure safe access to the garage and remove vehicles or items that block the work area. Pets should be kept away from the work zone for everyone's safety.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service or use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Marketing communications & CASL
We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We only contact you about your specific service request, unless you expressly opt in to additional updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, replying UNSUBSCRIBE to an email, or contacting us at the details below.

Governing law
